OTF Case Study

This self-initiated case study explores an opportunity for innovation within Orange Theory Fitness by addressing a key gap: the lack of integrated nutrition coaching. Applying the Double Diamond design process, I conducted mixed-methods research, defined user needs, and prototyped a new app feature offering tailored nutrition support. I developed a revised UX/UI and a complementary pricing model to align with OTF’s premium service structure. Tested with current members, the concept demonstrated strong potential as a strategic business expansion.
